I can't rave enough about my experience at this charming cafe! From the moment I stepped in, the warm and inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home. The decor is a delightful mix of modern and rustic, which really adds to the vibe. I ordered the eggs Benedict, and let me tell you, it was absolutely divine! The eggs were perfectly poached, the hollandaise sauce was rich and creamy, and the whole dish was beautifully presented. I also tried their homemade scones with clotted cream and jam, which were simply out of this world! They were fresh, light, and just the right amount of sweetness. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always checking in to make sure I was enjoying my meal. It was nice to see them working as a team, and their genuine smiles made the experience even better. One small feedback I would give is that it can get a bit busy during lunchtime, which made the wait for my coffee a bit longer than I would have liked. But honestly, the quality of the food and the service more than made up for it! I also spotted a lovely selection of cakes and pastries on display that I can't wait to try on my next visit. What a delightful find! I stumbled upon this cafe while exploring the local area and it was such a pleasant surprise. The coffee is absolutely top-notch; I had a flat white that was smooth and full of flavour – one of the best I've had in a while! The barista was knowledgeable and even took the time to suggest a couple of pastries to go with my drink. I went for the almond croissant, which was warm, flaky, and filled with just the right amount of almond paste. The only minor drawback was that the seating was a bit limited, and it can get a little cramped during peak hours. I had to wait a short while for a table, but it was totally worth it. Overall, the vibe was very relaxed and the staff were super friendly, making the wait feel less of a hassle. I’ll definitely be coming back to enjoy another coffee and try out their breakfast menu!
